When you fill in the contact form or the level test, we collect your first and last name, your e-mail address, your phone number if you give it, and your test results.

This data is used only to answer you, suggest a suitable course and organise your registration. It is stored by our technical providers (Wix for the website, Google for test follow-up), is never sold or passed on to other organisations, and is kept for three years after our last exchange.

You can ask to see, correct or delete it by writing to contact@lacoopfle.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
