Is Coop.FLE a school?

No, we are a cooperative of independent teachers.

 

Do you issue certificates?

Not yet, but this is under active consideration. Your teacher may issue you with a progress report on request.

 

How much does a private lesson cost?

It depends on the professor. Only the price for group lessons is fixed and common to all teachers.

 

To take the level test, what should I do?

Click the Take the test button on the Courses page and follow the instructions. If you encounter difficulties, send a test request via the contact form, specifying your last name, first name and email address. We will send you an invitation to take the test which has 40 questions and takes approximately 10 minutes. In any case, once the test is over, we will contact you to specify your level.

How many students are there per class?

We open a class with a minimum of 3 to 4, and accept up to a maximum of 8 students.

What if I have to miss a class?

In a spirit of cooperation and for the best possible management of the class, also remember to prevent a possible absence even if it is your trial class, except in an emergency at least 12 hours in advance.

The teacher can cancel the class if only one person is present.

 If I miss a lesson, will it be refunded ?

Your teacher will send you a recording of the missed lesson for you to catch up. There will not be a refund. 

If a class has to be canceled because all students are absent without notifying their teacher, the class will be billed for all.

In the case of a private lesson, the lesson will be billed if you inform your teacher less than 12 hours in advance.

When to pay my teacher?

After my free trial class and before the start of subsequent classes if you decide to continue.

In the event of a dispute with a professor, with whom can I make a complaint?

You must contact the team via the contact form and we will write to find a satisfactory solution.

 

I need an invoice for my business, can you provide one?

Yes, just ask your professor who has status to do it.

 

What are my guarantees when I buy a package from a teacher?

It is a commercial agreement with your teacher who must provide you with the service you paid for.

 

If I want to change level or teachers . . . What happens ?

In most cases we expect students to complete a package before changing, but individual circumstances will be taken into account.

Your package is valid for a maximum of one year from the date of the first class.
